  • Older travelers

Charming, friendly, tastefully decorated and immaculate. Couldn't have a better location to explore Dubrovnik.

  • Couple

It was very very friendly, very convenient, very well presented. Up two flights of stairs, though a lower room could have been requested, and in Dubrovnik, you're not likely to be concerned by a few stairs!

  • Older travelers

the location was very good and it was clean

room to small for some reason was not offered an bigger room with a kitchen area even though we seemed to be there longer than others, room was not serviced at all no towel or bedding change and no filling up of toilet roll for the 4 days we were there . bed slightly small and we are not big, no room to swing a cat smallest room weve ever stayed in. good job we were out all time.

  • Couple

The room was lovely, albeit a little small. Great location.

I would suggest requesting a room on an upper floor as the music from the bar downstairs woke us at 8 am! While the room is lovely it is probably a bit expensive for what it is.

  • Couple

The location was fantastic. The room was very beautifully furnished & was really charming, it really suited the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Our host was delightful, she was really sweet. There was a communal roof-top terrace which was fabulous - it overlooked the street below & you could see across all of the many roof tops of the Old Town - it was perfect for an afternoon / early evening drink to watch the sun go down. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who visited Dubrovnik.

The fact that cash is the only form of payment was a little inconvenient since the amount we had to pay exceeded my daily bank allowance, card would have been much easier & our preference! Also, we stayed for 4 nights & our room was not serviced with clean towels during that time -we did manage to get some replacement for the toilet paper by asking our host, but I do think paying this type of money, it's not too much to expect someone to come in even every 2nd day at a minimum. And lastly, the only thing which we felt it was missing was perhaps for the little pizzeria cafe downstairs to serve a small, continental style breakfast with some juice and pastries (croissants etc) would have been nice too.

  • Couple

Best location within the old town walls, only a few minutes walk from the Pale Gate where the bus from the airport drop off point. Apartment is extremely well decorated, stylish and very comfortable rooms! Also free wifi is available-if the owner is not there to assist you, you can use the wifi downstairs in the pizzeria. We had a very pleasant stay- definitely recommend this apartment.

  • Couple

    Good location

Small bathroom and tiny shower cubicle, no wi-fi, no safe, smell of pizza from the pizzeria on the grond floor

  • Older travelers

The best is the location in the old town,no have clean service, is nice decorated

No have elevetor , we were whith old people and was difficult for them,in the offered sholuld be informed

  • Group of friends

The apartments are very conveniently located in Dubrovnik, allowing easy access to all of the amenities in the Old Town. The rooms were clean and well appointed, albeit a bit small. The rates are reasonable.

It was a bit difficult to locate with the entrance through a pizzeria on the ground floor. Apartment management staff were only available during certain times per day.

  • Older travelers

Excellent location, very nice room/apartment, very good value for money. I would always go back.

There is no reception and it is sometimes difficult to find someone to deal with checking in or out. Very steep and narrow stairs.

  • Single

The room was very cute and spotless, all brand new, very conveniently located to visit the old town. Also, I appreciated the offer to send me a car to the airport--very nice and convenient, at a reasonable price. I had a very nice chat with the driver, Ivan, which was a lovely introduction to my stay.

The apartments are located in the same building as a pizzeria, right above it. When I said I was only staying one night, I was given a room on the first floor, with my window overlooking the seating area outside. I immediately worried about noise but was told there wasn't really much noise after 10pm. I figured I'd try and see, thinking I might be out late myself. In fact there was noise past 11pm, but the worst part was the noise in the morning starting at 7am. People leaving the guesthouse and the noise of their luggage hitting the stairs, the walls of the stairwell, and then being wheeled on the cobblestones below; workers in the pizzaria moving glass and metal objects and carrying cases of supplies; at 7:30am, a mini garbage truck roared underneath my window. Part of it is that the narrow streets act like an echo chamber, the old stone houses too. But being on top of a pizzeria and on the first floor made it worse. With earplugs, it might have been just fine. But I thought 115 euros (on my own) was too expensive for a short unpleasant night. Also, I found the bed too hard (not a big deal for a short stay) and I could not find a coffee machine in the room. That being said, the managers (after the fact) responded professionally to my complaint. So overall, worth going but bring earplugs and avoid the first floor rooms. Finally, as others have said I did get a bit lost finding the pizzeria -- they shd just tell people the name of it, it's Pizzeria Domenica.

  • Couple

Everything was great, we like it. Double is recommended only for couple, because it is small. But very cute.

  • Group of friends

The loaction within the old town of Dubrovnik

That there is no sign at the house wherein the apartments are and that we hae trouble to find one of the staff

  • Older travelers

Charming place in a great location.

No name on building and required to pay cash.

  • Family with children

The location of this apartment was excellent- very central, within the Old Town Walls. We were met by a friendly, hardworking staff member (Lorshka?). The apartment as lovely, more room with kitchenette than apartment really, with lovely thoughful design, flatscreen tv.,comfortable bed and ample towels. Kitchenware is rudimentary, so cooking meals would be a challenge, however, with the incredible choices available in the area for affordable meals, cooking isn't really a necessity. Our space accommodated two, and exposed stone walls, chandelier, whitewashed beams and floors, and pretty shuttered windows would make for a romantic getaway. No noise in the evening in April, close to everything- highly recommended. Excellent value.

Fluctuating water temperature and shortage of hot water.
